Action research and how I may be able to use it

Action research is a tool that can be used in our everyday lives to help to help people like leaders or persons in some type of administrative role define problems that have continuously occurred.  It helps the administrator to analyze what is happening both negatively and positively on their campus.  Defining the issue is one thing but being able to do something about it is an option that action research allows.  It allows for avenues to discuss things that haven't worked or things that haven't been tried and to recognize what is beneficial to all stakeholders and what needs to remain.  Once these questions have arisen and been answered there will be a process of implementation. During implementation results are recorded and analyzed and the leader will discover that you have just come up with possible solutions to your problems all through the process of action research.
